Within 48 hours of arrival I determined to remain here for the month of March.

I have traveled extensively for the past 20 years and this is beyond shadow of a doubt the best inclusive with your stay breakfast I have experienced. And, Antoine is more than great in method of service.

I encountered two sour faced arrogant people that God willing I would expunge from the face of the earth. They have nothing to do with the facility or my stay here, but they are the only thing I did not like. Just providing you with the only answer I have to your question so I can fill in the blanks.

close to the airport, friendly staff and with resturant that if you come in late it's quite handy Also the complimentary breakfast was quite good.

Maybe walls too thin and I could hear people talking in the room next to me.

Good for 1 night, not longer

Clean room and comfortable beds.

They know a lot of extra fees (cleaning fee, service fee, breakfast leftovers, luggage storage....)... The basic price on booking is 450 php for a room but the final price was about 700 php. The bathroom was very far from our room. The breakfast was poor and very bad.

Ok for couple of hours stop over

Didnt no this is a hostel when booking. So you have shared bathroom. A shocker for us. Although we got early check into one of the room on 2nd floor. You have to pay extra for room with ac. Area is abit run down but many stop and mc donalds close by. Overall it is good for a 6 hour stop over but longer than that i would not recomend.

This is one case where you get what you pay for, it is cheap for a reason.

The wifi was great. The beds were comfortable.

The owner seems to have a chip on his shoulder and doesn't care to make changes to reservations or even the date we could eat our breakfast that was included in the price. It is a bit far from everything. It is however cheap place to spend one night.

Sleeping on the floor of the airport was way better than this lame service they offer.

I liked that it was near the airport.

I did not like how we asked them to get us a taxi waiting for us with the right address, since everyone complained their location wasn't accurate (never appeared btw and waited for an hour); how they completely ignored us through the chat when we arrived at the airport or how every time we rang the phone number they provided on booking.com would ring once and the call was immediately cancelled. Waiting eagerly for their response to this review.

Dificulte to find the place for the taxis.

Dificulte to find the place for the taxis.. if you take a taxi with taximeter the amount it’s 350ph more or less from the airport. It’s just to take a shower after a long flight and a few rest.

Very nice staff.

Very nice staff. Helpful and smiled. We didn’t have enough time to enjoy breakfast but smells very nice.

We had cockroaches in our room. Very noisy outside because of roosters and street dogs fighting outside. Also someone I think at the reception desk was watching tv at night very loud and we couldn’t sleep after 15 hours flight.. far from the airport around 40 minutes even though it says it’s close to the airport. Not the best neighborhood.

i cannot recommend the place to stay..

the place is not accessible and its really isolated.you have to walk like 20 mins.before you can take a cab or public vehicle.and the worst thing is thhat they charge me again for an additional of 350php for the aircon upon arrival.i booked for the standard rooms with fully aircondition.and still they ask for additional fee.

It was okay for a quick stop, wouldn't stay in Manilla to long.

The price and a clean bed and bathroom. It's okay to stay but you don't want to stay in Manilla long we were just stopping to fly the next day and rest up. There is a McDonalds not far away which is where we ate mainly when we were there.

NO LO RECOMIENDO!

Desayuno incluido en el precio

-Baje en 12 ocasiones distintas en busca del recepcionista a varias horas y no estaba. -En las habitaciones ofrecen servicio de cocina: pizzas, hamburguesas, snacks.. de 7 am a 3 am. Cuando quise pedirlo a las 8 de la tarde se hicieron los locos diciendome que no, que ellos no tienen ese servicio, solo desayunos. (Hay una carta con el menú de medio metro en la habitación) - Habitación LLENA de cucarachas. Maté 5 o 6 y seguían apareciendo. - Pone que esta a 2km del aeropuerto pero realmente son 15-20 minutos en coche/taxi - Pedí si tenían hielo y una hoja de papel, y ni hablar. PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!

No merece la pena. Trato muy malo.

Las limpieza. Y la ducha. Recien reformadas y limpias.

El trato del recepcionista. Parecia le molestaba trabajar o que los viajeros reserven. Desde el check-in en ningun momento fue ni amable ni profesional. Pedi consejo sobre el lugar para ubicarme y no tuvo el detalle de facilitarmela. Igual que pedi consejo para solicitar un taxi bajo reserva puesto que mi vuelo salia a las 5am y la respuesta fue: -Ve al Mc.Donnals que ahi pasan muchos taxis. Yo No estoy seguro que a las 3 de la mañana pasen taxis en este pueblo. Pero como el recepcionista no fue capaz de contestar a mi pregunta me creo una inseguridad de a que hora coger un taxi para llegar con tiempo al airport. De igual manera que planteado mi inconveniente a susodicho recepcionista la respuesta logica y profesional fue: - yo no soy un servicio de taxis. Si quiere un taxi vaya al Mc.Donnals. Y asi con todo. Tenia una carta de restaurante con horario de cocina de 7am a 3am y pedí una pizza a las 18pm a los 2minutos me informa este susodicho profesional de recepcion que la cocina estaba cerrada y pidiendole explicaciones acerca del horario este me responde: -NO voy a pedirle a mi jefe que se ponga a cocinar una pizza para ti. Y asi un par de puntos mas con las respuestas e indicaciones de este recepcionista. De igual manera que estaba mas pendiente de tu telefono movil más que aconsejar al viajero y huesped. Decepcionante, poco profesional e irrespetuoso. Las respuestas dadas fueron banales y frias. -

La poca profesionalidad de las personas les pedimos un taxi a las 7:00 de la tarde para las 4:00 de la mañana y a las cuatro la mañana tuvimos que salir del del Hotel para buscar nosotros la vida buscando un taxi porque no habían hecho nada Hay que aclarar que el hostal es solamente para descansar no para dormir porque toda la noche estuvieron hablando y luego a la mañana bueno a la mañana o durante toda la noche los gallos 45 gallos están dando el dale descansaras pero dormitar dormir jamás
